On-SceneSign in to On-Scene
There are two ways into On-Scene, and neither of them starts on this page. Which one you want depends on whether you are at a desk or in an appliance.
Organisation administrators
The admin portal is where stations, appliances and people are managed, and where an incident record is read back afterwards. Sign in there with the account your organisation issued you.
Fireground tablets
The tablet in an appliance is signed in as that appliance, once, when your organisation commissions it — and it stays signed in. A retained crew arriving at the station and responding has no time to sign in to anything, so there is nothing to sign in to here.
Who did what is not taken from that login. It comes from the one-tap crew sign-on at the start of an incident, and from the request-and-acknowledge protocol that establishes who holds command. Authentication and attribution are separate problems, and turnout is the wrong moment to solve either of them.
Anything else
A station that has not been commissioned yet, or an account nobody can find, is a conversation rather than a form — contact us.
Accounts are created by your organisation administrator. There is no self sign-up.
